What does Top Map Rankings do with this information?

We use first-party cookies to understand how visitors move through our demo, business scan, account and checkout flows. A session expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. A separate visitor identifier normally lasts 90 days to connect return visits and campaign attribution on the same browser; signing in can link activity to your account. We record session, page and scan-attempt identifiers, IP addresses, browser/device and screen information, the website version, arrival page, referring website, campaign parameters, advertising click identifiers when supplied, screens and buttons seen or used, field-completion and validation milestones, approximate active time, loading times, technical error locations and confirmed account, scan and billing outcomes. We do not retain typed keystrokes or unsubmitted contact values, passwords or payment-card details in these diagnostics. Pending diagnostic events may be stored in your browser for up to 24 hours to retry delivery. Submitted contact details remain with the scan request. Funnel analytics are restricted to administrators and are normally retained for 180 days.
